Standard Warranty

Every product sold by Optivex comes with a standard 1-Year Manufacturer Warranty. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

What's Covered?

  • Hardware failures (e.g., driver issues, battery failure not caused by wear).
  • Functional defects occurring during normal usage.
  • Manufacturing flaws in casing or buttons.

What's Not Covered?

  • Accidental damage (drops, liquid spills).
  • Normal wear and tear (e.g., scratches, ear pad degradation).
  • Unauthorized modifications or repairs.
  • Loss or theft of the device.

How to Make a Claim

If your product develops a fault during the warranty period, we are here to help. Note that you may be required to provide proof of purchase and photos/videos of the issue.

  1. Step 1: Visit our Support Portal or email warranty@optivex.com.
  2. Step 2: Provide your Order Number, Product Serial Number, and a detailed description of the issue.
  3. Step 3: Our team will verify your warranty status and guide you through the next steps, which may include troubleshooting or arranging a repair/replacement.
Disclaimer: Optivex reserves the right to determine whether a defect is covered under warranty after physical inspection of the returned product.
