Shipping Policy

At Optivex, we strive to get your new tech to you as quickly and safely as possible. We partner with major carriers to ensure reliable delivery.

Domestic Shipping (Sri Lanka)

  • Standard Delivery: 3-5 business days. Free for orders over LKR 10,000.
  • Express Delivery: 1-2 business days. Flat rate of LKR 500.
  • Same Day Delivery: Available within Colombo city limits for orders placed before 10 AM.

International Shipping

We ship to over 50 countries globally. Shipping rates and times are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order. please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.

Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Eligibility Requirements

  • Items must be unused and in their original condition.
  • Original packaging, tags, and accessories must be included.
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
  • Gift cards and clearance items are non-refundable.

Process

  1. Contact our support team at returns@optivex.com to initiate a return.
  2. We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions.
  3. Pack your item securely and ship it back to us.
  4. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.
